Robert Hyles Atkinson’s father was left some money in the Will of Lord Onslow. As Robert’s father had all ready committed suicide, it then went to him (being the oldest son). But Robert and his mother, Elizabeth had a falling out over the money. Robert referred it and so it went back into Chancery in England. Robert then moved to Queensland.
